Brief Overview Minehead Town Council invites tenders from experienced lighting providers for the design, supply, installation, maintenance, and dismantling of the town’s Christmas lights. The successful contractor will deliver festive lighting across The Parade, Wellington Square and other agreed areas, as well as support the annual Christmas lights switch‑on event.
Key Requirements● Supply, installation, inspection, maintenance & dismantling● Coastal‑environment‑appropriate materials● Compliance with Work at Height Regulations, electrical standards & H&S legislation● Ability to meet strict installation and switch‑on timelines● Response times for repairs (Priority system)● Risk assessments and insurance (£10m PL / £5m EL)● Optional proposals for Blenheim Gardens trial lighting installation
