Located just off The Avenue at Summerland Road Car Park, these are the most centrally located public toilets in Minehead. The facilities underwent a major refurbishment in 2019 following Minehead Town Council's acquisition of the site from the former district council.
The building comprises separate male and female toilet blocks, both of which include accessible toilet and baby changing facilities.
In 2023, Minehead Town Council was proud to open the town's first Changing Places facility, located alongside the main toilet block. This fully accessible facility provides enhanced amenities for people with complex disabilities and their carers, helping to ensure that Minehead is welcoming and accessible to all visitors and residents.

Located on the western side of Minehead's seafront, beyond the RNLI Lifeboat Station, the Quay West Public Conveniences were extensively refurbished in 2023.
The facility comprises separate male and female toilet blocks, both of which include accessible toilets and baby changing facilities. Ideally situated for seafront visitors, the toilets are well used by dog walkers, anglers, families, and those enjoying Minehead's coastal attractions.
They are also a popular stop for walkers preparing to begin or complete the South West Coast Path, which stretches for 630 miles from Minehead to Poole, making these facilities an important asset for both residents and visitors alike.

Tucked away in the south eastern corner of Blenheim Gardens, these public conveniences can be easy for visitors to miss. Following Minehead Town Council's takeover of public toilet services after the former district council withdrew from providing the service, the facilities were found to be in a poor state of repair.
To ensure the continued provision of public toilets at this location, the facilities were consolidated into two unisex toilets, housed within the former ladies' block and the existing accessible toilet. One of these toilets includes baby changing facilities.
Looking to the future, plans are being developed to relocate the toilets to the currently underused storm shelter along the North Road boundary. Subject to planning approval, this would create separate male and female facilities, while the existing gents' block would be converted into a purpose-built accessible toilet, improving both accessibility and the overall visitor experience.

Built around 2000, the Warren Road Public Conveniences are located at the eastern end of Minehead's Esplanade, opposite the main entrance to Butlin's.
Popular with beachgoers and visitors to the seafront, the facility comprises four individual unisex toilet cubicles and an accessible toilet, which also includes baby changing facilities.
A convenient refreshment kiosk is situated on the western side of the building, offering a range of ice creams, drinks and light snacks, making this a popular stop for families and visitors enjoying Minehead's beach and promenade.

Located within Irnham Recreation Ground, these public conveniences were originally provided to serve visitors to the park and its recreational facilities. In recent years, however, the site has experienced a significant increase in anti-social behaviour, which has affected the day-to-day operation of the toilets.
As a result, Minehead Town Council has taken the difficult decision to close the facilities for general public use. However, the toilets remain in a serviceable condition and continue to be maintained by the Council.
The facilities are regularly opened for larger events and organised groups using the recreation ground.
